dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso clínico fue realizado en el Hospital Básico Dr. José Cevallos Ruiz de Yaguachi, perteneciendo a paciente de sexo femenino de 29 años de edad, ingresando a la unidad hospitalaria acompañada de su esposo, consciente, orientada en tiempo espacio y persona con cuadro clínico ±8 horas de evolución caracterizado por presentar dolor abdominal, dolor de cabeza, malestar general, fatiga, náuseas, vómitos, tensión arterial elevada, es ingresada se prosigue con la valoración compuesta por entrevista, examen física, valoración de enfermería y exámenes de laboratorio especialmente en proteinuria, posterior a los hallazgos encontrado se diagnóstico preeclampsia, se procedió a seguir indicaciones médicas conjunto con el proceso de atención de enfermería y la teoría de autocuidado de Dorothea Orem, inicialmente activando la clave azul y continuando con las pautas establecidas para la mejora del paciente.es_ES
