The present clinical case was carried out at the Barreiro Health Center belonging to the province of Los Ríos, it caught my attention that despite the multiple educational talks, extramural works that are carried out at the primary level, it has not been suitable for them to decrease tuberculosis cases. This is a 35-year-old male patient with a diagnosis of tuberculosis, according to records he received antiretroviral medication 6 months ago, all this refers to the medical history, today he enters the consultation area without company, oriented in time , space, person and place, presenting cough for more than 15 days with intense headache, dyspnea progressed with minimal efforts, tachypnea and desaturation at 92%, in the first instance specifically six days ago he was treated in this same health unit.es_ES
