| dc.description | Trauma is defined as a set of injuries caused by accidents in different ways that turn out to be gaps affecting the body, changing its lifestyle, environment and condition for the patient and their caregivers. The following work will present a clinical study on a 35-year-old patient with Diagnosis of Polytrauma with amputation of the lower left limb, fulfilling the objective of applying the nursing care process, for which care plans were developed following the steps for training. of estte. The patient was assessed through functional patterns identifying the potential problems that the patient presented, designating the Diangostic Nurses who were related to the patient's symptoms by planning the results, the activities that were applied during their hospitalization were established where we improved, their comfort, we morally support the patient and family members and together with the medical treatment the clinical condition of the patient was optimized. We conclude that our clinical study was based on the theoretical framework, basing what was shown in his clinical history, this was related to the symptoms and complications that I refer the patient. | dc.description.abstract | Los traumatismo se lo define como un conjunto de lesiones causdado por accidentes de diefrentes formas que resultan ser gaves afectando el organismo , cambiando su estilo de via, entorno y condición para el paciente y su cuidadores. El siguiente trabajo se presentara un estudio clinico sobre un paciente de 35 años de edad con Diagnostico de Politraumatismo con amputación de mimebro inferior izquierdo cumpliendo el objetivo de aplicar el procesod e atención enfermero por lo cual se elaboro palnes de cuidados siguiendo los pasos para la formación de estte. Se valoro al paciente por medio de patrones funcionales identificando los problemas potenciales que presentaba el paciente, designando los Diangosticos Enfermeros que se relacionaron con la sintomatologia del paciente mediante la planificación de los resutltados se estableció las activivdades que fueron aplicadas durante su hospitalziación donde mejoramos, su confort, apoyamos moralmente al paciente y familiares y junto con el tratamiento médico se optimizo la condicion clínica del paciente.Concluimos que nuestro estudio clinico se baso en el marco teórico fundamentando lo que demostraba en su historia clinica esto se relaicono con la sintomatologia y complicaciones que refiero el paciente. La aplicacion del proceso de enfermería permitio al enfermero brindar los cuidados que ameritaba el paciente. | es_ES |
