| dc.description | Anal cancer is an uncommon type of cancer that begins in the anal canal. It develops in skin cells around the anus or in the lining of the transition are between the anus rectum. The present clinical case is of a 65-year-old male patient, who comes to the emergency area of the Iess Babahoyo General Hospital with a 1-month clinical history characterized by post-surgical injury of the penis accompanied by pain at the level of the rectum, through medical tests, cancer is diagnosed right anus. Through the application of the nursing care process, all the necessary care is provided according to the patient´s needs based on the symptoms presented to significantly improve the patient´s clinical condition. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El cáncer anal es un tipo de cáncer poco común que comienza en el canal anal. Este se desarrolla en las células de la piel alrededor del ano o en el revestimiento del área de transición entre el ano y el recto. El presente caso clínico es de un paciente de sexo masculino de 65 años de edad, el cual acude al área de emergencia del Hospital General Iess Babahoyo con un cuadro clínico de 1 mes de evolución caracterizado por herida post quirúrgica de pene acompañado de dolor a nivel del recto, mediante exámenes médicos se diagnostica cáncer ano recta. Mediante la aplicación del proceso de atención de enfermería se brindan todos los cuidados necesarios de acuerdo con las necesidades del paciente basándose en la sintomatología presentada para mejorar significativamente el estado clínico del paciente. | es_ES |
