dc.description | This clinical case focuses on a 47-year-old patient, with a number of complications, preventing a quiet life, he refers a personal pathological history of chronic gastritis 7 months ago, receiving this assessment from the doctor in charge of treating him, the patient refers that from that time on, he has presented discomfort more frequently, an intervention is carried out where the doctor notices the presence of a mass in the stomach where it causes pain and discomfort. The family doctor in charge performs an intervention of physical examinations and orders the complementary tests to give an accurate diagnosis, the patient does not refer to allergies or a history of surgeries, a palpation is performed where he finds the novelty of presenting pulsatile abdominal pain showing a Mild to moderate intensity in the epigastric picture, presents symptoms of nausea, dyspepsia, weight loss and lower digestive bleeding, shows a pale skin. A physical examination is performed in the head area with a normal skull and hair of normal implantation, its mucous membranes are moist and pale, neck there is no jugular engorgement or adenopathy, an auscultation is performed where there are air-fluid noises, at the soft depressible and painful palpation of pulsatile type of mild to moderate intensity at the regional epigastrium level without irradiation, presence of a solid mass with irregular border, negative upper middle and lower urethral points, negative percussion fists, no edema, complementary examinations show the result moderate anemia and lower digestive bleeding, an upper digestive endoscopy was performed with results of an infiltrative stomach tumor. Patient is sent to an outpatient clinic to take better care in the area of nutrition and thus acquire a better nutritional status, through a nutritional plan and corresponding monitoring, in order to have a better body composition and gain necessary weight of 14 kilograms and in turn improve the symptoms of malignant stomach tumor. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Este caso clínico se enfoca en un paciente de 47 años de edad, con un sin número de complicaciones, impidiendo una vida tranquila, refiere antecedentes patológicos personales de una gastritis crónica hace 7 meses recibiendo esta valoración del médico encargado de tratarlo, el paciente refiere que a partir de ese tiempo ha presentado molestias con mayor frecuencia, se le realiza una intervención donde el medico se percata de la presencia de una masa a nivel estomacal donde esta causa dolor y molestias. El médico familiar encargado realiza una intervención de exámenes físicos y ordena los exámenes complementarios para dar un diagnóstico certero, paciente no refiere alergias, ni antecedentes de cirugías, se realiza una palpación donde se encuentra con la novedad de presentar dolor abdominal de tipo pulsátil mostrando una intensidad de leve a moderada en el cuadro epigástrico, presenta una sintomatología de nauseas, dispepsia, pérdida de peso y sangrado digestivo bajo, muestra una palidez en la piel. Se realiza una revisión física en el área de la cabeza con un normo cráneo y cabello de implantación normal, sus mucosas se encuentran húmedas y pálidas, cuello no se presenta ingurgitación yugular o adenopatías, se realiza una auscultación donde se presencia ruidos hidroaéreos, a la palpación blando depresible y doloroso tipo pulsátil de intensidad leve a moderado a nivel regional epigastrio sin irradiación, presencia de una masa solida con borde irregulares, puntos uretrales superior medio e inferior negativos, puños percusión negativa, no presenta edemas, los exámenes complementarios muestra como resultado una anemia moderada y sangrado digestivo bajo, se realizó una endoscopía digestiva alta con resultados de tumor infiltrativo de estómago. Paciente es enviado a consulta externa para llevar un mejor cuidado en el área de nutrición y de esta manera adquirir un mejor estado nutricional, por medio de un plan nutricional y seguimiento correspondiente, con la finalidad de que tenga una mejor composición corporal y su ganancia de peso necesaria de 14 kilogramos y a su vez mejorar la sintomatología del tumor maligno estomacal. | es_ES |
