dc.descriptionIn the present clinical case, being and descriptive research of a theoretical – practical dimension, consists of the nutritional and dietotherapeutic management of a patient aged 37 years, that a admission to the hospital due to transvaginal bleeding and based on the studies carried out admitted and diagnosed with an early pregnancy plus cervical cancer and iron deficiency anemia, was made its evaluation of the nutritional status, using methods: Anthropometric, Bioquimic, Clinical and Dietary. Based on the data obtained, the nutritional intervention plan was carried out, takind care of the drug- nutrient interaction, due to the most timely treatment for the patient, he lost, within the framework Dietoteraptical and Pharmacological, the goal to avoid deterioration of you nutritional status and help through diet reverse deficiencies nutritional to help in your treatment for cervical cancer. The nutritional status was monitored for 3 consecutive months, to assess whether the effects of dietotherapy and nutritional counseling, They were having the expected effect, a process in which the were complications, but Little by Little, is was possible to maintain a normal nutrition status, and recover in hemoglobin and serum iron within normal values, clinical sings and symptoms improved and dietary intake as well as esting behavior and thoughts improved markedly.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn el presente caso clínico, siendo una investigación descriptiva de dimensión teórico-práctico, consiste en el manejo nutricional y Dietoterapeutico de una paciente de 37 años de edad , que ingreso al hospital por sangrado transvaginal y en base a los estudios realizados es ingresada y diagnosticada con un Embarazo temprano más cáncer de cuello uterino y anemia por deficiencia de hierro, se realizó su valoración del estado Nutricional , mediante los métodos, Antropométricos, Bioquímicos, clínicos y Dietético. En base a los datos obtenidos se realizó el plan de intervención nutricional, cuidando la interacción fármaco- nutriente, debido al tratamiento más oportuno para la paciente, perdió él bebe, dentro del marco Dietoterapeutico y farmacológico, el objetivo era evitar el deterioro de su estado nutricional y ayudar mediante la dieta revertir deficiencias nutricionales para coadyuvar en su tratamiento para el cáncer de cuello uterino. Se realizó un seguimiento de su estado nutricional por 3 meses consecutivos, para evaluar si los efectos de la Dietoterapia y consejería nutricional, estaban teniendo el efecto esperado, proceso en el cual hubo complicaciones, pero poco a poco, se logró mantener un estado nutricional Normal, y recuperar en hemoglobina y hierro sérico dentro de los valores normales, los signos y síntomas clínicos se optimizaron y su ingesta dietética así como su conducta y pensamientos hacia la alimentación mejoraron notablemente.es_ES
