| dc.description | This clinical case analysis deals with pneumonia in patients with Covid 19, considering that in recent years it has become one of the most alarming diseases and has caused mortality throughout the pandemic. This paper details the information of an 86-year-old male who comes to the emergency unit for presenting signs and symptoms with 9 days of evolution and treated at home with oxygen therapy. Information was obtained from the beginning of the pathology to the present time with which the evolution of the clinical picture of the same is evaluated and a respiratory care plan is established for geriatric patients with complications of Covid-19. In the present work the descriptive methodology was used since it gave us the possibility to establish contact with reality to observe, describe and control it, the purpose of this is based on proposing and providing a support of warmth identifying the risks and factors that triggered this pathology. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este análisis de caso clínico trata sobre la neumonía en pacientes con Covid 19, teniendo en cuenta que a lo lardo de estos últimos años se ha convertido en una de las enfermedades más alarmantes y que ha causado mortalidad a lo largo de la pandemia. En este trabajo se detalla la información de un paciente masculino de 86 años de edad que acude a la unidad de emergencia por presentar signos y síntomas con 9 días de evolución y tratado en casa con oxigenoterapia. Se obtuvo información desde el inicio de la patología hasta el momento actual con la cual se valora la evolución del cuadro clínico del mismo y se establece un plan de cuidado respiratorio para pacientes geriátricos con complicaciones de Covid 19. En el presente trabajo se empleó la metodología descriptiva ya que nos dio la posibilidad de establecer contacto con la realidad para observarla, describirla y controlarla, el fin de esto se basa en plantear y brindar un soporte de calidez identificando los riesgos y factores que desencadenaron esta patología. | es_ES |
