| dc.description | Acute bronchitis today is one of the main reasons for consultation in the different hospitals and health centers of the country, the incidence of respiratory infections is between 35 and 55% in children. It is estimated that each child suffers from 5 to 7 times a year acute bronchitis. In 2019 in Ecuador it was the first cause of morbidity in children with acute respiratory diseases, occupying a rate of 15%. Pharmacological treatment and respiratory physiotherapy technologies in this pathology are of great help to improve the health condition in these patients. This study in a clinical case in a 7-year-old male patient is carried out with the purpose of making known everything related to this disease, the treatment and the diagnostic tests. Once this work is finished, it is expected that all the information that this study compiles will serve as a guide to the different health professionals, for the correct management of this disease and to avoid complications in the health of the patients. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La bronquitis aguda hoy en día es una de los principales motivos de consulta en los diferentes hospitales y centros de salud del país, la incidencia en las infecciones respiratorias bordea entre los 35 y 55% en niños. Se estima que cada niño sufre de 5 a 7 veces en el año bronquitis aguda. En el año 2019 en el ecuador fue la primera causa de morbilidad en niños con enfermedades respiratorias agudas ocupando una tasa del 15%. El tratamiento farmacológico y las tecinas de fisioterapia respiratoria en esta patología son de gran ayuda para mejorar la condición de salud en estos pacientes. Este estudio en un caso clínico en un paciente pediátrico de 9 años de edad se realiza con la finalidad de dar a conocer todo lo referente a esta enfermedad el tratamiento y las pruebas de diagnóstico. Una vez terminado este trabajo se espera que toda la información que recopila este estudio sirva de guía a los diferentes profesionales de la salud, para el correcto manejo de esta enfermedad y evitar complicaciones en la salud de los pacientes. | es_ES |
