| dc.description | Bronchial asthma is a disease characterized by the excessive response of the trachea-bronchial tree to certain stimuli, causing a diffuse narrowing of the trachea, related to an excessive contraction of the bronchial smooth muscle, excessive mucus secretion and mucous edema. It is spontaneous or reversed by medication. In order to adequately manage patients with this disease, the symptoms and signs must be adequately evaluated clinically, in addition, complementary tests must be carried out to give an accurate diagnosis. The importance of respiratory therapists for patients suffering from this disease has been proven. In addition, with the completion of this work, the objectives set forth in it have also been achieved, that is, to apply the treatment of bronchial asthma according to the clinical situation presented by the patient. Proper management of patients with this disease will prevent the clinical picture from worsening, it is because everyone who suffers from this pathology must have adequate control and treatment according to the severity of the bronchial asthma that the patient presents and correctly follow the recommendations that the doctor establishes. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El asma bronquial es una enfermedad que se caracteriza por la respuesta excesiva del árbol tráquea-bronquial a determinados estímulos, provocando un estrechamiento difuso de la tráquea, relacionado con una contracción excesiva del músculo liso bronquial, secreción excesiva de moco y edema mucoso. Es espontáneo o revertido por medicación. Para poder manejar adecuadamente a los pacientes con esta enfermedad, los síntomas y signos deben ser evaluados clínicamente de manera adecuada, además, se deben realizar pruebas complementarias para dar un diagnóstico certero. Se ha comprobado la importancia que tienen los terapeutas respiratorios para los pacientes que padecen esta enfermedad. Además, con la realización de este trabajo también se han logrado los objetivos en él planteados, es decir, aplicar el tratamiento del asma bronquial de acuerdo con la Situación clínica que presenta el paciente. Un correcto manejo en los pacientes con esta enfermedad evitara que le cuadro clínico empeoren, es por que toda persona que padezca esta patología debe llevar un control y tratamiento adecuado acorde a la gravedad del asma bronquial que le paciente presenta y seguir de manera correcta las recomendaciones que se le dará a la paciente. | es_ES |
