| dc.description | In the present study BRONCHIOLITIS is approached in a 3-year-old male patient who attended the emergency area of the health center taken by his mother because of a clinical picture of fever, respiratory distress, and dry cough. The objective of this study was to determine an adequate and effective therapeutic management for BRONCHIOLITIS that the patient presented, after having obtained a certain diagnosis by the different tests that were performed. The follow-up and effective treatment carried out in this case study, due to the existence of the main risk factors that were exposed, a favorable outcome was obtained in the patient, oxygen therapy being the main therapeutic treatment that was indicated in the patient, accompanied by the administration of Inhalation therapy. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En el presente estudio se aborda la BRONQUIOLITIS en un paciente masculino de 3 años de edad que acudió al área de emergencia del centro de salud llevado por su progenitora por presentar un cuadro clínico de fiebre, dificultad respiratoria, tos. El objetivo de este estudio consistió en determinar un manejo terapéutico adecuado y eficaz para la BRONQUIOLITIS que presentaba el paciente, luego de haber obtenido un determinado diagnostico por las diferentes pruebas que le fueron realizadas. El seguimiento y tratamiento eficaz realizado al presente estudio de caso, debido a la existencia de principales factores de riesgo que este se exponía, se obtuvo un desenlace favorable en el paciente siendo la oxigenoterapia el principal tratamiento terapéutico que se indicó en el paciente, acompañado de la administración de Inhaloterapia. | es_ES |
