dc.description | Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a social and health problem. The main symptoms of COPD are dyspnea, cough and expectoration; Environmental factors is a problem that directly and indirectly affects people today; The air is one of them since it contains suspended numerous harmful agents, microorganisms, viruses, fungi, etc., which at a certain moment pass through the trachea, until they reach the alveoli, producing different episodes of respiratory diseases; The purpose of this study is to know the factors that affect respiratory diseases, the same ones that affect children, youth, adults, and older adults so that in this way it will be possible to have suitable information on how to prevent despite the environmental conditions. environment and thus preserve people's lives under a knowledge of prevention. The main environmental risk factors for Acute Respiratory Failure were exposure to tobacco smoke, along with unprotected solid waste deposits, followed by poor ventilation in the home, exposure to smoke, and lastly, attendance at daycare or places of care; Experts prevent deepening their knowledge and seeking appropriate measures to reduce the incidence of these factors, as well as having the necessary data to establish community health policies throughout the world, especially in developing countries. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La Enfermedad Pulmonar Obstructiva Crónica, es un problema socio-sanitario los síntomas principales del Enfermedad Pulmonar Obstructiva Crónica son la disnea, la tos y la expectoración; Los factores ambientales es una problemática que afecta directa e indirectamente a las personas en la actualidad; El aire es uno de ellos ya que contiene suspendidos numerosos agentes nocivos, microorganismos, virus, hongos u otros microrganismo, que en determinado momento pasan por la tráquea, hasta llegar a los alveolos, produciendo diferentes episodios de enfermedades respiratorias; El propósito de este estudio es conocer los factores que inciden en las enfermedades respiratorias, las mismas que afectan a niños, jóvenes, adultos, y adultos mayores para de esta manera se podrá contar con información idónea de cómo prevenir a pesar de las condiciones del medio ambiente y así preservar la vida de las personas bajo un conocimiento de prevención. Los principales factores de riesgo Ambientales para las Insuficiencia Respiratoria Aguda, fueron la exposición al humo del tabaco, junto con los depósitos de desechos sólidos sin protección, seguidos de una ventilación deficiente en el hogar, exposición al humo, y por último asistencia a guardería o lugares de cuidado; Los expertos prevén profundizar en el conocimiento y buscar medidas adecuadas que reduzcan la incidencia de estos factores, así como disponer de los datos necesarios que permitan establecer políticas sanitarias comunitarias en todo el mundo en especial en los países en vías de desarrollo. | es_ES |
