| dc.description | The present clinical case is oriented to a 75-year-old male patient with a clinical picture characterized by respiratory distress, coughing up blood, even in small amounts, acute chest pain, bone pain, and headache. His antecedent is Lung Cancer, he has a lung computed tomography where small carcinomas located in the central region of both lungs were observed. The purpose of this clinical case is to know what are the possibilities that these people can have to improve their lives; at the same time as the need that they have to know how to bring their inclusive life to society. The objective of this study is to know the screening tests currently available for the diagnosis of Lung Cancer to start with the appropriate treatment. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso clínico se orienta a paciente masculino de 75 años con un cuadro clínico caracterizado por dificultad respiratoria, tos con sangre, incluso en pequeñas cantidades, dolor agudo en el pecho, dolor de huesos y dolor de cabeza. Muestra como antecedente Cáncer de Pulmón, tiene una tomografía computarizada de pulmón en donde se observó carcinomas de tamaños pequeños localizados en la región central de ambos pulmones. Este caso clínico tiene en fin de conocer cuáles son las posibilidades que pueden tener estas personas de mejorar su vida; a la vez de la necesidad que tienen que conocer cómo llevar su vida integradora a la sociedad. El objetivo de este estudio es conocer los exámenes de detección disponibles actualmente para el diagnóstico del Cáncer de Pulmón para empezar con el tratamiento adecuado. | es_ES |
