| dc.description | The present study of practical cases elaborated in the House of Culture Núcleo de Los Ríos, with the topic “BUDGET EXECUTION OF THE HOUSE OF ECUADORIAN CULTURE NUCLEO DE LOS RIOS, IN THE PERIOD 2020”, presents us with the information on the 2020 period and the execution of each of the corresponding income and expenditure budget items in that period, which had certain repercussions as this was a period where not only the country was in crisis, but also the appearance of the COVID-19 Pandemic. According to this case study, it focuses on identifying the existing gaps in the procedures carried out to comply with the execution of the 2020 annual budget, which will affect the objectives set by the institution within its budget activities programming. For this research, a qualitative investigative method was used, which allowed us to obtain the necessary information through an interview with the legal representative of the institution and the person in charge of the budget department. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio práctico elaborado en la Casa de la Cultura Núcleo de Los Ríos, con el tema “EJECUCION PRESUPUESTARIA DE LA CASA DE LA CULTURA ECUATORIANA NUCLEO DE LOS RIOS, EN EL PERIODO 2020”, nos presenta la información sobre el periodo 2020 y la ejecución de cada una de las partidas presupuestarias de ingresos y gastos correspondientes en ese periodo, las mismas que tuvieron ciertas repercusiones al ser este un periodo donde no solo el país estuvo en crisis, sino la aparición de la Pandemia COVID-19. De acuerdo al presente caso de estudio práctico se enfoca a identificar las carencias existentes en los procedimientos realizados para cumplir con la ejecución del presupuesto anual 2020, lo que afectará los objetivos planteados por la institución dentro de su programación de actividades presupuestarias. Para esta investigación se utilizó un método investigativo cualitativo, lo que nos permitió obtener la información necesaria a través de la entrevista realizada al Representante legal de la institución y al responsable del departamento de presupuesto. | es_ES |
