| dc.description.abstract | Comercial Abelito es una empresa que por muchos años se ha dedicado a satisfacer las necesidades del cantón Urdaneta y sus sectores aledaños brindando bienes necesarios en la alimentación de todos los moradores, al transcurrir el tiempo los procesos administrativos cambian lo que conlleva a que toda empresa debe adaptarse a los cambios, entre ellos aquellos que dependen de la tecnología y la actualización de conocimientos; en Comercial Abelito los procesos administrativos son ejecutados de forma empírica desarrollados por su familia exponiendo irregularidades en la forma que es controlado el inventario que poseen, desplegando así resultados poco favorables ante la gestión implementada.
