| dc.description | The Naval Superior School located in Salinas is characterized by being a naval training center in charge of training Navy officers with high Moral, military, intellectual and academic preparation that allows them to perform efficiently, it has an association of suppliers of merchandise commissary of the Ecuadorian Navy, dedicated to activities and managing supermarkets and warehouses in Ecuador. It is dedicated to training navy officers with moral, military, intellectual, physical and technical professional preparation that allows them an efficient performance in the naval profession and in the exercise of the art of naval command, which provides defense and security in the maritime spaces, developing naval power and maritime control capabilities, in order to contribute to the defense of sovereignty, territorial integrity and national security, supporting national maritime development with its contingency. Inventory management is important to manage and control the products in abstracta warehouse warehouse plays a very important role because in this way it depends on it being very efficient to have control of the warehouse and know what we have in stock, otherwise if not we know or we do not identify we lose time and we will have conflicts in the warehouse and cause a loss of time. | dc.description.abstract | La Escuela Superior Naval ubicado en Salinas se caracteriza por ser un centro de formación naval encargado de formar oficiales de Marina con alta preparación Moral, militar, intelectual y académica que permite desempeñar de forma eficiente, cuenta con una asociación de proveedores de comisariato de mercadería de la Armada del Ecuador, dedicada a actividades y administrar los supermercados y bodegas en el Ecuador. Se dedica a formar oficiales de la marina de guerra con preparación moral, militar, intelectual, física y técnico profesional que les permita un desempeño eficiente en la profesión naval y en el ejercicio del arte del mando naval, mismo que provee defensa y seguridad en los espacios marítimos, desarrollando el poder naval y las capacidades de control marítimo, a fin de contribuir a la defensa de la soberanía, integridad territorial y seguridad nacional, apoyando con su contingencia al desarrollo marítimo nacional. La gestión de inventarios es importante administrar y controlar los productos en una bodega de un almacén cumple un papel muy importante porque de esta manera depende que sea muy eficiente para tener el control de la bodega y saber lo que tenemos en stock, caso contrario si no sabemos o no identificamos perdemos tiempo y tendremos conflictos en la bodega y causa una pérdida de tiempo. Unos de los problemas más relevantes es que existe en la Escuela Naval es que no se manejan políticas de mantenimiento de la bodega ni de cálculo oportuno de las depreciaciones o aplicar dichos ajustes de los inventarios consumibles lo cual merma las actividades tampoco existe un control con la entrega de los materiales a los responsables de las diferentes áreas. | es_ES |
