dc.descriptionThis case study was carried out with the objective of analyzing the financial situation of the company “Inmobiliaria Habitar SA” in the province of Tungurahua, in times of pandemic, in this research the following methodology was used: descriptive and analytical analysis, Through which information was obtained through a virtual interview with the manager and the accountant in charge of the Accounting Department that served as the basis for carrying out the present study. The objective of the company is to provide all people with a high quality service to acquire properties in optimal conditions, guaranteeing the buyer houses, land or buildings at the best prices in the Real Estate market. As a result, the respective vertical and horizontal analysis was obtained, it was possible to identify that the sales of the company Habitar Inmobiliaria decreased in the course of 2020, that is, sales income was reduced by -11.54% in monetary terms, the decrease is of -15069.65, unlike the sales of the year 2019, continuing with the analysis it can be seen that the expenses in the aforementioned year increased by 23.93% which in turn generates a decrease in the profits in a -37.58% that is, in monetary terms $ -14025.92. The main conclusion was regarding the economic variables, it can be concluded that this real estate sector continues to be very productive and that it generates important contributions to the country's GDP, which is viable.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se lo realizó con el objetivo de analizar la situación financiera de la empresa “Inmobiliaria Habitar S.A” de la provincia de Tungurahua, en época de pandemia, en esta investigación se utilizó la siguiente metodología: el análisis descriptivo y analítico, mediante el cual se obtuve información a través de una entrevista de forma virtual con el gerente y con la contadora encargada del Departamento de Contabilidad que sirvieron de base para llevar a cabo el presente estudio. El objetivo de la empresa es brindar a todas las personas un servicio de alta calidad para adquirir propiedades en óptimas condiciones, garantizando al comprador casas, terrenos o edificios a los mejores precios del mercado Inmobiliario. Como resultado se obtiene el respectivo análisis vertical y horizontal se logró identificar que las ventas de la empresa Habitar Inmobiliaria disminuyeron en el transcurso del año 2020, es decir se redujo los ingresos por ventas en un -11,54% en términos monetarios la disminución es de -15069,65, a diferencias de las ventas del año 2019, continuando con el análisis se puede evidenciar que los gastos en el año antes mencionado incrementaron en un 23,93% lo cual a su vez genera una disminución de las utilidades en un -37,58% es decir en términos monetarios $-14025,92. La conclusión principal fue en cuanto a las variables económicas se puede concluir que este sector inmobiliario sigue siendo muy productivo y que genera aportes importantes al PIB del país, lo cual es viable.es_ES
