| dc.description | Pulmonary tuberculosis is a chronic bacterial disease that attacks progressively affecting the lungs, it is transmitted from person to person through infected saliva droplets scattered through the air, it is a preventable, treatable and curable disease, however, it can lead to death if it is not diagnosed and treated in time. It is a health problem that in Ecuador continues to affect thousands of people, and among these are cases of resistant tuberculosis that derives from a possible abandonment of treatment, or resistance to first-line drugs due to their illness. According to Marjory Gordon's care model, the different pathologies presented during the process will be evaluated in order to provide greater safety and comfort to the patient through palliative care that must be carried out in a comprehensive manner and to be able to achieve adherence to anti-tuberculosis treatment in a comprehensive manner. natural, creating awareness in the patient so that he can recover and that he does not agree to abandon the treatment, thus being able to avoid drug resistance. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La tuberculosis pulmonar es una enfermedad crónica bacteriana que ataca de manera progresiva afectando los pulmones, es transmitida de persona a persona mediante microgotas de saliva infectadas esparcidas por el aire, es una enfermedad prevenible, tratable y curable, sin embargo, puede conllevar a la muerte si no es diagnosticada y tratada a tiempo. Es un problema de salud que en Ecuador continúa afectando a miles de personas, y entre estos se encuentran casos de tuberculosis resistente que deriva de un posible abandono de tratamiento, o por resistencia a los fármacos de primeria línea por el mal de los mismos. De acuerdo a el modelo de atención de Marjory Gordon se evaluara las diferentes patologías presentadas durante el proceso para así poder otorgar mayor seguridad y confort al paciente mediante los cuidados paliativos que se deberán realizar de manera integral y poder lograr un apego al tratamiento antituberculoso de manera natural, creando conciencia en el paciente para que pueda recuperarse y que no acceda al abandono del tratamiento, así poder evitar un drogo resistencia. | es_ES |
