An investigative study was carried out by reviewing the patient's medical history, observing her behavior in real time and the way she reacted to the abortion. | dc.description.abstract | El aborto ha sido considerado como una de las complicaciones más comunes del embarazo y llegando a constituir una de las emergencias obstétricas más frecuentes en los Hospitales de la provincia de Los Ríos que brindan el servicio de Ginecología y Obstetricia, sin descartar las atenciones brindadas en el primer nivel de atención; en la actualidad se lo reconoce como un importante problema de salud que afecta a nuestra sociedad, esto se debe a que no se conocen las cifras reales debido a que este procedimiento cuando no se da de manera espontánea y es inducido se lo realiza de manera clandestina. Este estudio de caso clínica tuvo la finalidad de Desarrollar el Proceso de Atención de Enfermería en una paciente gestante de 16 años de edad con 12 semanas y diagnóstico de amenaza de aborto, teniendo en cuenta su cuadro clínico, signos, síntomas, factores de riesgo relacionados a la interrupción del embarazo (ambientales, socioeconómicos, genéticos) y antecedentes patológicos (comorbilidades presentes), ingresada en el Hospital Básico de Baba. Se realizó un estudio investigativo a través de la revisión de la historia clínica de la paciente, observando su comportamiento en tiempo real y la manera de reacción ante el aborto. Además, se desarrolló y aplico un plan de cuidados a través del Proceso de Atención de Enfermería (PAE), con la finalidad de ayudar a la recuperación de la paciente en menor tiempo y de mejor manera, obteniendo resultados favorables luego de la evaluación del proceder por medio del personal de enfermería. | es_ES |
