| dc.description | The financial information of a company helps us to reveal broad features about the management and performance of the different operational and directive areas of a company. As part of the purpose of this work, information was collected on feasibility case studies and business financial diagnosis related to the sector. Based on this research, a series of analyzes were carried out that helped us establish the financial viability of the Gaibor Hardware Store, which was established in 2002 and has two branches in the city of Babahoyo, in the development of its corporate purpose , is dedicated to the marketing of hardware items. In adherence to its vision and objectives, the hardware store faces great needs, of which we can highlight the following: know its profit margins, formalize its accounting processes and keep a record of these, increase its sales, carry out controls and monitor activities of the company; All of these represent a problem in the decision-making of the company, threatening its future and prevalence. The work ended with a financial analysis that made it possible to draw conclusions about the liquidity and solvency of the company. | dc.description.abstract | La información financiera de una empresa nos ayuda a develar grandes rasgos sobre la gestión y el desempeño de las diferentes áreas operativas y directivas de una compañía. Como parte del objeto de este trabajo se recopiló información sobre estudios de casos de viabilidad y diagnóstico financiero empresarial relacionados con el sector. Con base a esta investigación se realizaron una serie de análisis que nos ayudaron a establecer la viabilidad financiera de la Ferretería Gaibor, la cual se constituyó en el año 2002 y cuenta con dos sucursales en la ciudad de Babahoyo, en el desarrollo de su objeto social, se dedica a la comercialización de artículos de Ferretería. En adhesión a su visión y objetivos la Ferretería enfrenta grandes necesidades, de las cuales podemos destacar las siguientes: conocer sus márgenes de utilidad, formalizar sus procesos contables y llevar el registro de estos, incrementar sus ventas, realizar controles y hacer seguimientos de las actividades de la empresa; todas estas representan un problema en la toma de decisiones de la empresa, amenazando su futuro y prevalencia. El trabajo finalizó con un análisis financiero que permitió sacar conclusiones de la liquidez y solvencia que tiene la empresa. También se realizaron análisis de costos, ventas, capital de trabajo etc. | es_ES |
