| dc.description | The 12D05 District Directorate has as its main activity the teaching programs to 368 educational establishments in charge of the city of Vinces, in 2020 due to the health crisis that this institution experienced in the world, which already had a budget established for that year In the first quarter, there were restrictions and reassignments to different accounts of the Expenses group. To carry out this case study, an analysis of the 2020 Budget Compliance of District 12D05 Palenque-Vinces-Education was developed, and thus it was evidenced and described the effects that said restrictions caused to the educational system of this institution. Once the documentary and interview results were obtained, it is evident that there were restrictions in the financial area in different budget items, which affected the normal development of Educational District 12D05 as it is obvious all the educational institutions that are under its direction. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La Dirección Distrital 12D05 tiene como actividad principal los programas de enseñanzas a 368 planteles educativos a cargo en la ciudad de Vinces, en el año 2020 por la crisis sanitaria que se vivió en el mundo esta institución que ya contaba con un presupuesto establecido para dicho año, al primer trimestre tubo restricciones y reasignaciones a diferentes cuentas del grupo de Gastos. Para la realización del presente caso de estudio, se desarrolló un análisis del Cumplimiento Presupuestario del año 2020 del Distrito 12D05 Palenque-Vinces- Educación, y así se evidencio y describió las afectaciones que dichas restricciones ocasionaron al sistema educativo de esta institución. Una vez obtenido los resultados tanto documentales como de la entrevista se evidencia que existieron restricciones en el área financiera en diferentes partidas presupuestarias, lo que afecto al normal desenvolvimiento del Distrito Educativo 12D05 como es obvio todas las Instituciones educativas que están bajo la dirección del mismo. | es_ES |
