| dc.description | Choledocholithiasis is the presence of stones or stones in the bile duct and is one of the diseases that can occur in up to 20% of cases of cholelithiasis, currently the correction treatment is purely surgical laparoscopic cholecystectomy¨ but this technique is debated when approaching patients surgically. The objective of this clinical case was to apply the nursing care process to a patient with a medical diagnosis of choledocholithiasis, hospitalized in the surgery area of the General Hospital Gustavo Domínguez. Because it is a very important issue, the nursing professional must implement biosafety, asepsis and antisepsis measures and prior hand washing at the time of carrying out the activities that were taught based on the nursing diagnosis and the nursing care process, to provide direct care to the patient, in order to reduce the percentage of pathogenic microorganisms when cleaning the wound in a sterile way. Through this case it was possible to conclude that the nursing care process, medical treatment and nursing interventions are essential for the recovery of the patient, providing quality care and warmth to patients with choledocholithiasis. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La coledocolitiasis es la presencia de cálculos o litos en la vía biliar y es una de las enfermedades que se pueden presentar hasta el 20 % de los casos de colelitiasis, en la actualidad el tratamiento de corrección es netamente quirúrgico colecistectomía laparoscópica¨ pero esta técnica es debatida a la hora de abordar quirúrgicamente a los pacientes. El objetivo de este caso clínico fue aplicar el proceso de atención de enfermería a un paciente con diagnóstico médico de coledocolitiasis, hospitalizado en el área de cirugía del Hospital General Gustavo Domínguez. Debido a que es un tema de suma importancia el profesional de enfermería debe de implementar medidas de bioseguridad, asepsia y antisepsia y previo lavado de manos al momento de realizar las actividades que se impartieron a base del diagnóstico enfermero y el proceso de atención de enfermería, de brindar los cuidados directo al paciente, para así disminuir el porcentaje de microorganismos patógenos al momento de realizar una limpieza de herida de manera estéril. Por medio de este caso se pudo concluir que el proceso de atención de enfermería, el tratamiento médico y las intervenciones de enfermerías son fundamentales para la recuperación del paciente, brindando una atención de calidad y calidez a los pacientes con coledocolitiasis. | es_ES |
