According to WHO, coronaviruses are an extensive family of viruses since it can produce a clinical picture from the most common such as a cold to the most complicated diseases, such as the coronavirus that caused severe acute respiratory syndrome, known as SARS-CoV2.This pathology has been detected to affect children but the damage is much less as adults. Although in some of the cases there have been more serious symptoms, causing the person who has acquired Covid19 to present an inflammatory process throughout the body, giving rise to phase three, which is known as the multisystemic inflammatory syndrome; Doctors are currently conducting research on how this condition originates or is related to Covid19. The objective of this clinical case is to apply the nursing care process to a patient with a diagnosis of SARS-CoV2 in the hyperinflammation phase who visits this medical home. Through this case, it was possible to conclude that a well-developed care plan is essential since it allows us to provide quality care and warmth to the patient to have a favorable recovery.es_ES
