| dc.description | This case study aims to perform a requirements analysis for the development of a computer system in the Muelita Feliz dental office, this need arises from the problem that the dental office has when generating all its processes manually, since the records of the medical history, the reservation of appointments and the collection of consultations , among other processes, are carried out physically, generating slowness at the time of carrying out the processes, so the need has arisen to automate these processes through a computer system, but to perform a correct requirement analysis we must analyze the three main bases that are: operational, technical and economic requirement, because these allow us to have concrete information about the system that was developed according to the characteristics of the technological tools available for its development, as well as the cost of these tools to be used, on the other hand also show the functional requirements making known the services that the computer system will have, and the non-functional requirements that shows how the computer system will perform the services, giving data security and usability for dentists of the dental practice "Muelita Feliz". | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis de requerimientos para el desarrollo de un sistema informático en el consultorio dental Muelita Feliz, esta necesidad surge por la problemática que tiene el consultorio dental al generar todos sus procesos de forma manual, ya que el registros de la historia clínica, la reservación de citas y cobro de consultas, entre otros procesos, son llevados a cabo de manera física, generando lentitud al momento de realizar los procesos, por lo cual ha surgido la necesidad de automatizar estos procesos por medio de un sistema informático, pero para realizar un correcto análisis de requerimiento se deben analizar las tres bases principales que son: requerimiento operacional, técnico y económico, porque estas nos permiten tener información concreta sobre el sistema que se desarrollara conforme a las características de las herramientas tecnológicas disponibles para su desarrollo, al igual que el costo de estas herramientas a utilizar, por otra parte también se muestran los requisitos funcionales dando a conocer los servicios que tendrá el sistema informático, y los requisitos no funcionales que muestra cómo realizará los servicios el sistema informático, dando seguridad a los datos y usabilidad para los odontólogos del consultorio dental “Muelita Feliz”. | es_ES |
