dc.descriptionToday, the advancement of technology is forcing organizations, institutions and companies to implement them in their processes. It can safely say organizations that update their processes in order to simplify tasks by making use of technological tools. The Simón Bolívar Fiscomisional Educational Unit is an institution dedicated to the training, education of children and young people, some inconveniences have been found, such as loss of qualification records. Currently, it is important to include new strategies that allow the institution to grow, both in the monitoring and control part and in decision-making in order to avoid errors in the processes that are still carried out manually. The purpose of this case study is to provide a solution to the inconveniences that have been occurring with the increase in information throughout institutional growth, it is intended to carry out a feasibility analysis for the development of an automated web system for the control of student grades. To achieve this purpose, a qualitative research approach is used, collecting information and using the DoRCU methodology. This case study is limited to an evaluation of requirements that will determine if the development of the web system is feasible, but not in its development or implementation. The line of research applied to this case study, concerns the ability to develop innovative strategies and in the development of information systems, communication, business and technological ventures.es_ES

dc.description.abstractHoy en día, el avance de la tecnología está obligando a las organizaciones, instituciones y empresas a implementarlas en sus procesos. Sin lugar a dudas las organizaciones que actualicen sus procesos con objetivo de simplificar las tareas haciendo uso de las herramientas tecnológicas. La Unidad Educativa Fiscomisional Simón Bolívar es una institución dedicada a la formación, educación de niños y jóvenes se han encontrado algunos inconvenientes como perdida de los registros de calificaciones. Actualmente, es importante incluir nuevas estrategias que permita a la institución crecer, tanto en la parte seguimiento y control como en la toma de decisiones para así evitar errores en los procesos que todavía se realizan de forma manual. El presente estudio de caso, tiene como finalidad brindar una solución a los inconvenientes que se vienen presentando con el incremento de información a lo largo del crecimiento institucional, se pretende realizar un análisis de factibilidad para el desarrollo de un sistema web automatizado para el control de calificaciones de los estudiantes. Para alcanzar este propósito se utiliza un enfoque de investigación cualitativo la recolección de la información y la metodología DoRCU. Este caso de estudio está delimitado a una evaluación de requerimientos que determinarán si es factible el desarrollo del sistema web, más no en el desarrollo o implementación del mismo. La línea de investigación aplicada al presente caso de estudio, concierne a la capacidad para desarrollar estrategias innovadoras y en el desarrollo de sistemas de información, comunicación, emprendimientos empresariales y tecnológicos.es_ES
