For this reason, it is very important to be clear about the strategic evolution that a company is going to have in organizational terms. The content of this case study aims to create an organization design to automate processes in the company "MC SERVICES", which is a developing company whose activities are maintenance and repair of electrical appliances. The analysis of the measurement of automation of the processes will facilitate the organization to serve as support, for the improvement of its activities in the achievement of its systematization and to optimize the management of resources. The technological dimension of the organization has a significant impact, especially due to the update itself. A software development area must be taken into account in it. | dc.description.abstract | La tecnología se está esparciendo cada día más en mundo empresarial, donde las empresas la están implementando en su organización con el objetivo de no quedarse atrás ante la competencia Por esta razón es muy importante tener en claro la evolución estratégica que va a tener una empresa en términos organizacionales. El contenido del presente caso de estudio pretende crear un diseño organización para automatizar procesos en la empresa “MC SERVICES”, la cual es una empresa en desarrollo que tiene como actividades el mantenimiento y reparación de electrodomésticos. El análisis de la medición de automatización de los procesos facilitará a que la organización les sirva como apoyo, para el mejoramiento de sus actividades en el logro de su sistematización y para optimizar el manejo de los recursos. La dimensión tecnológica de la organización tiene un impacto significativo, especialmente por la propia actualización. Se debe que tener en cuenta un área de desarrollo de software en la misma. La empresa debe analizar varios factores que puedan impactar negativamente principalmente por costos adicionales que la automatización de procesos puede generar. | es_ES |
