dc.descriptionAt present, the use of technology has become a fundamental tool for business competitiveness, where the automation of processes allows to provide the necessary speed in the development of administrative, accounting and commercial activities. The main problem that the Hermanos Chimbo Hardware Store has is the absence of a billing system to help automate business activities; In other words, the organization performs procedures manually, which causes information management to be inefficient and timely; This is why it is necessary to implement an information management system that fosters a better value chain for your commercial transactions. The objective of the research is to analyze the feasibility for the implementation of a billing system in the company under study. The case study methodology has a qualitative approach, with the application of the deductive method to analyze the main research findings; while the type of research used is descriptive, which made it possible to determine the main advantages of the implementation of a web system for invoicing. The interview technique was also applied, directed to the owner manager, which helped to know how the billing process is carried out. In addition, the DoRCU requirements engineering methodology was also applied, since it is necessary for the development of the system. However, evaluative processes of economic, operational and technical feasibility were also applied for the development and implementation of the software.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn la actualidad el uso de la tecnología se ha convertido en una herramienta fundamental para la competitividad empresarial, donde la automatización de los procesos permite brindar la celeridad necesaria en el desarrollo de las actividades administrativas, contables y comerciales. El principal problema que posee la Ferretería Hermanos Chimbo es la ausencia de un sistema de facturación que le ayude a automatizar las actividades comerciales; es decir, la organización realiza procedimientos de forma manual, lo cual provoca que la gestión de la información no sea eficiente y oportuna; motivo por el cual resulta necesario la implementación de un sistema de gestión de información que fomente una mejor cadena de valor a sus transacciones comerciales. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar la factibilidad para la implementación de un sistema de facturación en la empresa objeto de estudio. La metodología del estudio de caso posee un enfoque cualitativo, con la aplicación del método deductivo para analizar los principales hallazgos investigativos; mientras que el tipo de investigación empleado es descriptiva, que permitió determinar las principales ventajas de la implementación de un sistema web para facturar. También se aplicó la técnica entrevista, dirigida al gerente propietario, la cual ayudó a conocer cómo se realiza el proceso de facturación. Además, también se aplicó la metodología de ingeniería de requerimientos DoRCU, debido a que es necesaria para el desarrollo del sistema. No obstante también se aplicó procesos evaluativos de factibilidades económica, operacional y técnica para el desarrollo e implementa del softaware.es_ES
