| dc.description | Currently it is notable that Management Information Systems are necessary in most companies to be able to meet business objectives as well as decision-making, but there are many companies that do not have a Management Information System that allows facilitating its purchasing and sales processes, which makes the company lose time in terms of service, that is why it is desired to implement a GIS in the hardware store "HERMANOS CHIMBO" located in the Pueblo Viejo canton to improve these processes , the system will be based on the current problem that the company is going through, to know if the implementation of this GIS is feasible or not, an operational, technical and economic feasibility study was carried out. It is intended to develop the GIS in NetBeans IDE 8.2 and the PostgreSQL Database Engine. The SIG will be very useful to improve the Purchasing and Sales processes that are developed in the “HERMANOS CHIMBO” Hardware Store. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Actualmente es notable que los Sistemas de Información Gerencial son necesarios en la mayoría de empresas para poder cumplir con los objetivos de los negocios así como también en la toma de decisiones, pero hay muchas empresas que no cuentan con un Sistema de Información Gerencial que permita facilitar sus procesos de compras y ventas, el cual hace que la empresa tenga pérdida de tiempo en cuanto a la atención, es por ello que se desea implementar un SIG en la Ferretería “HERMANOS CHIMBO” localizada en el cantón Pueblo Viejo para que mejore estos procesos, el sistema se basará en el problema actual por el cual está pasando la empresa, para conocer si la implementación de este SIG es factible o no, se realizo un estudio de factibilidad operativo, técnico y económico. Se pretende desarrollar el SIG en NetBeans IDE 8.2 y el Motor de Base de Datos PostgreSQL. El SIG será muy útil para mejorar los procesos de Compras y Ventas que se desarrollan en la Ferretería “HERMANOS CHIMBO”. | es_ES |
