| dc.description | This case study was carried out at the Electroferro hardware store in the city of Windows and it was an analysis of the computer system, reviewing how its operation is constituted and how it has helped the company in its management of information. It was carried out through a field investigation, and the instruments used were the interview and direct observation, which allowed us to know the correct information for the final analysis. The Onsystec accounting system was also analyzed; briefly, the operation of the main modules used by the company to control the company's electrical and electronic products was observed. | dc.description.abstract | Este estudio de caso se llevo a cabo en la ferretería Electroferro de la ciudad de ventanas y se trato de un análisis al sistema informático, revisando como esta constituido su funcionamiento y como ha ayudado a la empresa en su manejo de la información. Se llevo a efecto mediante una investigación de campo, y los instrumentos utilizados fueron la entrevista y la observación directa, que nos permitieron conocer la información correcta para el análisis final. También se analizo el sistema contable Onsystec, a breve rasgos se observó el funcionamiento de los módulos principales que utiliza la empresa para el control de los productos eléctricos y electrónicos de la empresa. Además se observó el manejo y la preparación del personal para usar este sistema y poder sacarle el mayor provecho posible. | es_ES |
