Due to the difficulties that have been occurring in the bazaar at the time of issuing the invoices, manual errors are produced, which is an inconvenience for the client who has to wait because the billing process must be started again, it was possible to evidence the importance of using a web billing system that allows the owner to easily and easily access the information and carry out any billing process. | dc.description.abstract | El actual trabajo de investigación se basa en el estudio de factibilidad para la elaboración de un sistema de facturación web, para el bazar y novedades la Elegancia, del cantón Pueblo viejo. Debido a las dificultades que se vienen dando en el bazar al momento de emitir las factura se producen errores manuales, lo cual es un inconveniente para el cliente que tiene que esperar porque nuevamente se debe volver a iniciar el proceso de facturación, se pudo evidenciar la importancia del uso de un sistema de facturación web que le permita a la propietaria acceder de manera fácil y sencilla a la información y poder realizar cualquier proceso de facturación. Este caso de estudio tiene como objetivo principal elaborar un estudio de factibilidad que permita mostrar la viabilidad de la implementación de un sistema de facturación web, el mismo que le ayudara a ejecutar los procesos de modo veloz y eficiente, obtener mayor rentabilidad por que brinda un servicio automatizado, digitalizado y optimizando así el servicio al cliente. | es_ES |
