| dc.description.abstract | En el presente trabajo de titulación se realiza un estudio de factibilidad con el objetivo de analizar la importancia que conlleva la implementación de un sistema web que permita el control y seguimiento de ventas para el comercial Evelin en la parroquia Barreiro, se va a identificar los problemas que presenta el local comercial respecto al control y seguimiento de las ventas. Con esta implementación del sistema web en el comercial “Evelin”, lograra un correcto control y seguimientos, convirtiéndolo más eficiente en todas sus operaciones, generando más ganancias, minimizando perdidas, y registrando los productos de manera correcta, mejorando la calidad del servicio a su clientela. Por medio de técnicas de investigación utilizadas como la de observación y entrevistas, se confirmó la falta de control y seguimientos en el área de ventas por parte del propietario, causando un control incorrecto de la cantidad de productos precisos que se venden; ocasionado un desconocimientos de la cantidad total de los productos que se tienen en stock y el total de los productos vendidos, causas por las cuales se realiza un estudio de factibilidad en la implementación de un sistema web que permita llevar un correcto control y seguimiento de las ventas, realizando la factibilidad operativa, técnica y económica que son los aspectos más importantes para llegar a la viabilidad y sostenibilidad de un sistema. | es_ES |
