dc.descriptionCurrently, the lack of digital inclusion in growing companies can become a basis for generating problems, leading to economic losses, opportunities, stopped growth and even the ruin of the company. carry out a feasibility study to demonstrate how feasible it will be to make the decision to develop a system that allows the control of customers and sales processes, for the Works-Tech company. Works-Tech is a company located in La Unión parish that is dedicated to offering repair services and sale of technological products. In this case, the type of research and Descriptive methodology were used, also making use of some techniques such as the interview and observation with their respective instruments such as the interview questionnaire and the observation guide on the company's environment. It was possible to discover several problems related to the control of clients, sales and repair orders, that is, problems of information storage, integrity and control of the same since the company does all this manually by writing the data on paper, another crucial problem is the lack of communication between company and customer. The information collected was useful to describe the existing problems within the Works-Tech company, in addition to being able to analyze its current status and publicize the benefits that the company will obtain by incorporating the use of technology into its processes, being in this case a system for the control of customers and sales processes as a way of solving the problems discovered and the lack of communication thanks to the use of SMS messaging service. This solution that may well serve not only this company only, but all those that present the same or similar circumstances.es_ES

dc.description.abstractActualmente la falta de inclusión digital en las empresas en crecimiento puede llegar a ser una base para generar problemas, desembocando en pérdidas económicas, oportunidades, crecimiento detenido y hasta la ruina de la empresa, por ello en el presente caso de estudio se ha llevado a cabo un estudio de factibilidad para demostrar que tan factible será el tomar la decisión de desarrollar un sistema que permita el control de clientes y procesos de ventas, para la empresa Works-Tech. Works-Tech es una empresa ubicada en la parroquia La Unión que se dedica a ofrecer servicios de reparaciones y venta de productos tecnológicos. En este caso se utilizó el tipo de investigación y metodología Descriptiva también haciendo uso de algunas técnicas como la entrevista y la observación con sus respectivos instrumentos como el cuestionario para entrevista y la guía de observación sobre el entorno de la empresa. Se pudo descubrir varios problemas relacionados con el control de clientes, las ventas y pedidos de reparaciones, es decir, problemas de almacenamiento de la información, la integridad y el control de la misma ya que todo eso la empresa lo efectúa de forma manual escribiendo los datos en papel, otro problema crucial es la falta de comunicación entre empresa y cliente. La información recopilada fue de utilidad para describir los problemas existentes dentro de la empresa Works-Tech, además de poder analizar su estado actual y dar a conocer los beneficios que obtendrá la empresa al incorporar a sus procesos el uso de la tecnología, siendo en este caso un sistema para el control de clientes y procesos de ventas como forma de solución a los problemas descubiertos y la falta de comunicación gracias al uso de servicio de mensajería SMS. Esta solución que bien puede servir no solo a esta empresa únicamente, sino a toda aquella que presente las mismas circunstancias o similares.es_ES
