The company does not have a sales system appropriate to the type of work they do, so the organization does not have adequate personnel in sales management, in addition, it has been found that human talents are not regularly trained and therefore communication with employees is limited and does not satisfy customer concerns when requesting information. Therefore, in order to better understand the proposed work, detailed explanations of its causes, impacts, goals, expression and rationality, a small historical review of business activities has been established for this purpose. necessary information for the investigation. the non-probabilistic class study was identified, the investigative tool known as the survey was used. This research is aimed at employees as well as professionals in the area of software development and is used to verify the hypotheses formulated in fieldwork and obtain relevant information to strengthen the implementation of the sales system. An analysis was also carried out to determine the feasibility of the proposal, where it was found that this work is a benefit for this company, as well as for the authors of this work, because through their knowledge they contribute to the organizational development of any entity that has such problems.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl trabajo se concentra en el Grupo Estrella Comercial del cantón Ventanas, y el avance de la investigación nos ha hecho saber que a pesar de que la empresa cuenta con una participación de mercado es aceptable. La empresa no cuenta con un sistema de ventas adecuado al tipo de trabajo que realizan, por lo que la organización no cuenta con personal adecuado en la gestión de ventas, además, se ha encontrado que los talentos humanos no se capacitan regularmente y por lo tanto la comunicación con los empleados es limitada y no satisface las inquietudes del cliente al solicitar información. Por ello, con el fin de comprender mejor el trabajo propuesto, explicaciones detalladas de sus causas, impactos, metas, expresión y su racionalidad, se ha establecido para tal efecto una pequeña revisión histórica de las actividades empresariales. información necesaria para la investigación. se identificó que el estudio de clase no probabilística, se utilizó la herramienta investigativa conocida como la encuesta. Esta investigación está dirigida a empleados como a profesionales en el área de desarrollo del software y se utiliza para verificar las hipótesis formuladas en el trabajo de campo y obtener información relevante para fortalecer la implementación del sistema de ventas. También se realizó un análisis para determinar la factibilidad de la propuesta, donde se comprobó que este trabajo resulta un beneficio para esta empresa, así como para los autores de este trabajo, Porque a través de sus conocimientos contribuyen al desarrollo organizacional de cualquier entidad que tenga tales problemas.es_ES
