| dc.description | This research work is based on the feasibility study for the creation of an income and payment system oriented to the control of banana production in the Company "La Juanita" of Cantón Vinces. The objective of the research was to know the problems that affect the company, factors that affect staff performance as well as business productivity, since through the results obtained through the interview directed to the owner of the company, was able to obtain valuable information regarding the lack of knowledge that it is a computer system, said company is not at the forefront in the technological world, everything is done in a traditional way or manually, a factor that is of concern because this affects the performance of the personal and therefore affects the company. Through the data obtained through the survey carried out to the company's personnel, it was possible to show that 83% of the personnel are not trained to use a computer system and only 17% if, that is, a considerable percentage does not have the Knowledge necessary to use this tool, a topic of great interest that the owner of the company, as well as the director of the Human Talent Department, must take into account. 100% of the respondents stated that if they would be willing to be trained to make proper use of the software, which follows that if the company invests in the application of a computer system to improve business activities, it must train its staff, where They will not only acquire new knowledge but also improve their technological skills and the company is the one that will obtain countless benefits because its staff will be more efficient in activities, time is saved, the margin of error is reduced and the company increases its productivity which generates the profit of more profits. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se basa en el estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un sistema de ingresos y pagos orientados al control de la producción de banano en la Empresa “La Juanita” del Cantón Vinces. El objetivo de la investigación fue conocer los problemas que afectan a la empresa, factores que inciden en el desempeño del personal así como en la productividad empresarial, puesto que a través de los resultados obtenidos a través de la entrevista dirigida al propietario de la empresa se pudo obtener información valiosa en cuanto al desconocimiento de que es un sistema informático, dicha empresa no está a la vanguardia en el mundo tecnológico, todo lo realizan de manera tradicional o de forma manual, factor que es de preocupación porque esto incide en el rendimiento del personal y por ende afecta a la empresa. Mediante los datos obtenidos a través de la encuesta realizada al personal de la empresa se pudo evidenciar el 83% del personal no se encuentra capacitada pata utilizar un sistema informático y solo el 17% si, es decir, existe un porcentaje considerable no cuenta con los conocimientos necesarios para usar esta herramienta, tema de gran interés que debe de tener en cuenta el dueño de la empresa, así como el director del Departamento de Talento Humano. Un 100% de los encuestados manifestaron que si estarían dispuesto a capacitarse para hacer un uso adecuado del software, lo que se deduce que si la empresa invierte en la aplicación de un sistema informático para mejorar las actividades empresariales debe de capacitar a su personal, donde no solo adquirirán nuevos conocimientos sino que mejorarán sus habilidades tecnológicas y la empresa es la que obtendrá un sinnúmero de beneficios porque su personal será más eficiente en las actividades, se ahorran tiempo, el margen de error se disminuye y la empresa aumenta su productividad lo cual genera la ganancia de más utilidades. | es_ES |
