The present case study aims to improve the promotion of products through online computer tools. The qualitative method was applied, since it will help us to have an idea of how the Babahoyo merchants are handling these tools. Among what can be evidenced in this case study, businesses still have a deficiency in promoting their products online, one of them is that their response level is slow or often they do not answer the customer's request, there is commercial premises that work with their own web portal. If the merchants of the city of Babahoyo want their businesses to be, the businesses of the future must combine the success of physical and digital experience, as consumers feel comfortable using technology to make purchases. It is for this reason that the merchants of the city of Babahoyo must implement and adapt to the changes that were largely caused by Covid-19, the new technologies will provide great competitive advantages to the merchants of the City of Babahoyo.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl marketing ha venido evolucionando con el pasar de los tiempos, ha sido la herramienta principal en lo que se denomina la publicidad. El presente caso de estudio tiene como objetivo mejorar la promoción de los productos mediante las herramientas informáticas online. Se aplicó el método cualitativo, ya que este nos ayudara, a tener una idea de cómo los comerciantes de Babahoyo están manejando estas herramientas. Entre lo que se puede evidenciar en este caso de estudio, los comercios aun cuentan con deficiencia en la promoción de sus productos de forma online, uno de ellos es que su nivel de respuesta es lento o muchas veces no contestan el requerimiento del cliente, hay locales comerciales que trabajan con su propio portal web. Si los comerciantes de la ciudad de Babahoyo quieren que sus negocios sean, los negocios del futuro deben combinar el éxito de la experiencia física y las digitales, ya que los consumidores se sienten a gusto utilizando la tecnología para realizar compras. Es por este motivo que los comerciantes de la ciudad de Babahoyo, deben implementar y adaptarse a los cambios que en gran parte fueron ocasionados por Covid-19, las nuevas tecnologías proporcionaran grandes ventajas competitivas a los comerciantes de la Ciudad de Babahoyo.es_ES
