| dc.description | The following case study is aimed at the feasibility study for the creation of an inventory management system for the “Niña Silvana” store in La Unión Parish. The method that was carried out is the qualitative one which it contributed to obtain a conclusion that supports the investigation and then proceed to its analysis. The interview technique, which is based on his interview guide, was carried out to the administrator Mr. Carlos Núñez, who was asked 10 questions applied in person, taking the proper biosecurity precautions due to Covid-19 in order to acquire more Information for the present investigation, the different problems that occur when not having an inventory management system that help them carry out the control of the store were revealed since all their processes are carried out manually. During the execution of this research, it was possible to establish the technical, operational and economic feasibility, the same ones that are necessary for the activities and results of the project to be obtained with maximum efficiency. After analyzing this research it can be concluded that the inventory management system project is feasible. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente caso de estudio tiene como objetivo el estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un sistema de gestión de inventarios para la tienda “Niña Silvana” de la Parroquia La Unión. El método que se utilizó es el cualitativo el cual aportó para obtener una conclusión que respalde la investigación realizada para luego proceder a su análisis. La técnica de la entrevista la cual se basa en su guía de entrevista fue realizada al administrador Sr. Carlos Núñez a quien se le efectuó 10 preguntas aplicadas de forma presencial tomando las debidas precauciones de bioseguridad por el Covid-19 con el fin de adquirir mayor información para la presente investigación se dio a conocer los distintos problemas que se produce al no tener un sistema de gestión de inventarios que les ayude a llevar el control de la tienda ya que todos sus procesos los realizan de forma manual. Durante la ejecución de la presente investigación se pudo establecer la factibilidad técnica, operativa y económica las mismas que son necesarias para que las actividades y resultados del proyecto sean obtenidos con la máxima eficacia. Después de analizar esta investigación se pudo concluir que el proyecto de sistema de gestión de inventario es factible. | es_ES |
