dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso tiene como finalidad el estudio de factibilidad para el desarrollo de un sistema web para el control de ventas y pedidos de proveedores, ya que la empresa “Don viche” no cuenta con un sistema lo que provoca problemas de desorganización de información e inconsistencias en los registros por lo que se considera la automatización de sus actividades comerciales mediante un sistema web que le facilite el almacenamiento y control de la información optimizando y mejorando las actividades mercantiles de establecimiento En la actualidad, muchas empresas basan su posicionamiento financiero en el desarrollo de las actividades administrativas, comerciales, uno de los aspectos básicos de la empresa con un buen registro interno que se compromete, controlar y contribuir a la mejora del riesgo de procesos. gestión para lograr eficiencia y eficiencia tanto en sus operaciones. Es de gran importancia contar con un sistema de web en el comercial, ya que así tendrá mejor potencial, mayor éxito y sobre todo haciéndolo correctamente será de gran ayuda para el propietario, para así tener un mejor alcance con sus clientes conociendo cuáles son sus gustos, brindarles información actualizada sobre los productos aplicando nuevas estrategias para que regresen y este obtiene mediante la ejecución de un seguimiento de las ventas. El objetivo principal del caso de estudio y permitir manejar los procesos de gestión administrativa y financiera y así mediante este mecanismo lograr garantizar la viabilidad de la implementación de dicho sistema, ayudando al gerente en la toma de decisión. La metodología utilizada es la investigación cualitativa debido a que se realizó una encuesta que permitió determinar la falta de control y seguimiento de las ventas, produciendo que su propietario no conozca con exactitud la cantidad de productos que vende y los que tiene disponible para la venta, en cierta medida permiten obtener respuesta de forma rápida y eficaz al problema planteado dentro de la organización.es_ES
