dc.descriptionThe weekly La Crónica located on Sucre streets, between Olmedo and Ricaurte in the city of Vinces, Los Ríos Province, is a written communication medium, founded by a visionary and professional of social communication such as Lcdo. Werner Antonio Yela Acosta, who created the Chronicle on November 15, 1986, with a group of colleagues from that time; In this establishment there are some problems related to the administration such as: lack of motivation towards employees, absence of a personnel training department, mismanagement of their income, lack of remuneration, among others. The methodology carried out in this research is the descriptive mixed method, accompanied by two instruments for collecting information that are: surveys and interviews; This survey was directed to the clients of the weekly; while the respective interview was carried out with the manager of the establishment. Through this method it was possible to verify the real problems that are arising in the company in terms of its administration; giving as a conclusion that the mismanagement that this company has could be verified, its clients do not buy because they do not like its presentation, nor the material they are using, which causes them to choose to go to make their publications to the competition, and that they have a better specimen and above all with better prices, but the General Manager does nothing to change the situation of the company, causing it to go bankrupt little by little.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl semanario la Crónica ubicado en las calles Sucre, entre Olmedo y Ricaurte de la ciudad de Vinces, Provincia de los Ríos, es un medio de comunicación escrito, fundada por un visionario y profesional de la comunicación social como es el Lcdo. Werner Antonio Yela Acosta, quien creó la Crónica un 15 de Noviembre de 1986, con un grupo de compañeros de aquella época; en este establecimiento susciten algunos problemas relación a la administración como: la falta de motivación hacia los empleados, la ausencia de un departamento de capacitación al personal, mal manejo de sus ingresos, la falta de remuneración, entre otros. La metodología efectuada en la presente investigación es el método mixto descriptivo, acompañado bajo dos instrumentos de recolección de información que son: las encuestas y la entrevista; dicha encuesta fue dirigida a los clientes del semanario; mientras la respectiva entrevista se la realizó al gerente del establecimiento. Por medio de dicho método se pudo verificar los verdaderos problemas que se están suscitando en la compañía en cuanto a su administracion; dando como conclusión que se pudo comprobar la mala administración que tiene esta empresa, sus clientes no compran porque no les agrada su presentación, ni el material que están utilizando, lo que ocasiona que ellos opten por ir a hacer sus publicaciones a la competencia, ya que cuentan con un mejor ejemplar y sobre todo con mejores precios, pero el Gerente General no hace nada por cambiar la situación de la empresa acarreando que poco a poco ésta se vaya a la quiebra.es_ES
