| dc.description | The case study was carried out at the Don Pini Hardware Store in the city of Babahoyo to raise awareness of the difficulties or delimitations it currently presents in the field of inventory management. This research was carried out under parameters or methods that we implemented to collect the information and develop the case. According to those investigated in this case study we were able to obtain results through the problems related to the case such as: the lack of sales projection, the poor supply of inventories, failure to control the existence, the log turnover of products, the lack of advertising strategy, the lack of customer service deficiency, limited space, among others. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El estudio de caso fue realizado en la Ferretería Don Pini de la ciudad de Babahoyo para dar a conocer las dificultades o delimitaciones que presenta en la actualidad en materia de la gestión de inventario. La presente investigación se dio bajo parámetro o métodos que implementamos para recopilar la información y desarrollar el caso. Conforme a los investigado en este estudio de caso pudimos obtener resultado mediante las problemáticas relacionada con el caso las mismas que son: la falta de proyección de ventas, el abastecimiento deficiente de los inventarios, falencia en el control de las existencia, la poca rotación de productos, la falta de estrategia publicitarias, la poca deficiencia en la atención de los clientes, el espacio limitados, entre otros. | es_ES |
