El 25 de junio del 2019 le fue otorgada la certificación del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad bajo la norma ISO 9001:2015 por la Casa Certificadora BUREAU VERITAS. Su política de calidad estar comprometidos en brindar servicios oportunos, confiables y cercanos a las personas, enfocados en la eficiencia e innovación de sus procesos y la mejora continua de su sistema de gestión de la calidad con talento humano competente que satisfaga las necesidades de los usuarios internos y externos en el ámbito nacional e internacional (www.registrocivil.gob.ec, s.f.).
