dc.description | The case study was carried out at the company Electconstru S.A of the Babahoyo canton, Los Ríos province. The objective of the research is to analyze the management of human talent and its influence on the work performance of the personnel, due to the fact that problematic situations related to the process of hiring and selection of personnel, organizational communication, training, work environment and performance are evident. labor. The investigative methodology is descriptive and documentary, because they allowed to know information related to the subject studied. The inductive method was applied, which helped to identify particular facts and then generate general conclusions. In addition, the survey technique was used accompanied by a questionnaire of questions directed at human talent that facilitated the obtaining of the following results: the company does not have an institutional philosophy, it lacks a mission, vision and corporate values oriented to the fulfillment of the business objectives; there are delays in salary assignments with respect to the payment of salaries and salaries to human talent due to the freezing of quotas to be paid by the public sector in the development of certain works and the pandemic caused salary cuts, termination of occasional contracts and temporary suspension of the payment of wages and salaries. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El estudio de caso se realizó en la empresa Electconstru S.A del cantón Babahoyo, provincia de Los Ríos. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar la gestión de talento humano y su influencia en el desempeño laboral del personal, debido a que se evidencia situaciones problemáticas relacionadas con el proceso de contratación y selección de personal, comunicación organizacional, capacitación, ambiente de trabajo y rendimiento laboral. La metodología investigativa es de tipo descriptiva y documental, porque permitieron conocer información relacionada a la temática estudiada. Se aplicó el método inductivo que ayudó a identificar hechos particulares para luego generar conclusiones generales. Además, se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta acompañada de un cuestionario de preguntas direccionada al talento humano que facilitó la obtención de los siguientes resultados: la empresa no cuenta con una filosofía institucional, carece de misión, visión y valores corporativos orientados al cumplimiento de los objetivos empresariales; existen retrasos en el pago de sueldos y salarios al talento humano por el congelamiento de las cuotas a cancelar por parte del sector público en el desarrollo de determinadas obras y la pandemia provocó recortes salariales, terminación de contratos ocasionales. | es_ES |
