dc.descriptionThis case study is based on the problems presented in a company dedicated to meeting the needs of the banana sector and the general public, located in the Naranjal canton of the Guayas province, which in recent months has presented problems in which involves the entire work group that have severely impacted the harmonious operation of the company and interfered with the achievement of objectives. Through this study, it is expected to find the causes that caused the deterioration in labor relations, for which the work environment has become unsustainable and has led its Managers to make the decision to authorize this case study, due to the concern of the circumstances that have arisen in said facilities. In order to identify the causes, information methods, techniques and instruments will be used as detailed below; The inductive research method was applied, ideal for this case because it was able to investigate and obtain the necessary conclusions to determine exactly where the problem that originated the deterioration of the organizational climate in the company Construcciones Industriales e Civiles Pérez Sandoval SA began. The research used was accompanied by the survey and interview instruments, their application was made to the collaborators and the responses finally allowed the results to be quantified, analyzed and interpreted. It should be noted that the problems posed in the company are the responsibility of both the work team and the managers, their communication skills and interpersonal skills will define the continuous improvement of the company.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio se basa en las problemáticas presentadas en una empresa dedicada a satisfacer las necesidades del sector bananero y el público en general, ubicada en el cantón Naranjal perteneciente a la provincia del Guayas, misma que en los últimos meses ha presentado inconvenientes en los cuales se involucra todo el grupo de trabajo que han repercutido severamente al funcionamiento armónico de la empresa y ha interferido con el alcance de objetivos. A través de este estudio se espera encontrar las causas que ocasionaron el deterioro producido en las relaciones laborales, por las que el clima laboral se ha vuelto insostenible y ha orillado a sus Directivos a tomar la decisión de autorizar este estudio de caso, por la preocupación de las circunstancias que se han dado lugar en dichas instalaciones. Para poder identificar las causas se utilizaron métodos, técnicas e instrumentos de información tal como se detalla a continuación; se aplicó el método de investigación inductivo, ideal para este caso debido a que permitió indagar y obtener las conclusiones necesarias para determinar exactamente donde inició el problema que originó el deterioro del clima organizacional en la empresa Construcciones Industriales e Civiles Pérez Sandoval S.A. Las dos técnicas de investigación utilizadas fueron acompañadas por los instrumentos encuesta y entrevista, su aplicación se hizo a los colaboradores y las respuestas permitieron finalmente cuantificar, analizar e interpretar los resultados. Cabe destacar que los problemas presentados en la empresa son de competencia tanto del equipo de trabajo como los directivos, su capacidad de comunicación y habilidades interpersonales definirá la mejora continua de la empresa.es_ES
