| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso tiene la finalidad de analizar cuales son los ingresos económicos que tiene el Cuerpo de Bomberos Montalvo para su sostenibilidad económica y financiera como son las tasas de permiso de funcionamiento, los predios urbanos y rústicos (PUR) y la tasa por servicio eléctrico, los mismo que deberían cobrarse hasta el final del periodo para una correcta autogestión de los recursos económicos y el debido desarrollo de las actividades necesarias y la adquisición de materiales y/o equipos logrando el propósito de la institución que es servir a la comunidad en general en situaciones adversas o antrópicos las 24 horas del día. Donde se identificó que la falta de presupuestos generales se debe a varios factores entre los que se menciona; llevar una correcta organización dentro de la institución, el uso de sistemas adecuados para llevar un control de usuarios para cobro de tasas de funcionamiento y la contribución por parte de entidades externas como el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Montalvo (GADM) y la empresa CNEL (corporación nacional de electricidad). | es_ES |
