| dc.description | The research work is part of the evaluative analysis of the administrative management that supports the entrepreneurship department of the Los Ríos prefecture through the recognition and determination of problems associated with the planning of the institution. The methodology used for the development of this study work was the descriptive and inductive method, since it allowed to know the administrative performance of the entrepreneurship department together with the inconsistencies that they presented regarding the management of the administrative management of some internal processes detailed in the development. It is appropriate to highlight that this work allows the reader to discover the non-conformities that can be presented in the public context and by which administrative management is affected, in order to correct them and improve future organizational performance. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo de investigación se enmarca en el análisis evaluativo de la gestión administrativa que sustenta al departamento de emprendimiento de la prefectura de los Ríos a través del reconocimiento y determinación de problemáticas asociadas con la planificación de la institución. La metodología empleada para el desarrollo del presente trabajo de estudio fue el método descriptivo e inductivo, pues permitió conocer el desempeño administrativo del departamento de emprendimiento junto con las inconsistencias que presentaban respecto al manejo de la gestión administrativa de algunos procesos internos detallados en el desarrollo. Es oportuno resaltar que el presente trabajo permite al lector descubrir las inconformidades que se pueden presentar en el contexto público y por los cuales se ve afectada la gestión administrativa, con el fin de corregirlas y mejorar el desempeño organizacional futuro. | es_ES |
