dc.description.abstractEste caso de estudio especifica las problemáticas que existen en la empresa Imelda Banana S.A., dentro del proceso administrativo del departamento de recursos humanos, donde se realiza un conjunto de estudios y de análisis del comportamientos de todo el personal que opera en la organización,, se ha pronosticado que la institución debe de tomar acciones preventivas fomentando proyectos preventivos, para obtener una estabilidad entre empleados y empleadores, y disminuir el grado de conflictos que pueden desarrollarse a causas de la insatisfacción y desmotivación que afectan directamente en el desempeño de cada empelado, incumplimiento con las normas, disposiciones y políticas vigentes dispuestas hasta la actualidad dentro del sector operario de la empresa. Por consiguiente en los últimos años Imelda Banana s.a., ha logrado expandirse, que se ha esmerado en desarrollar cualidades y aptitudes a pesar de todas las dificultades que se presentan en el proceso de gestión administrativos en el departamento de recursos humanos, por lo tanto significa que en todo el proceso realizado no todo ha sido desfavorable , esto ha permitido que esta empresa que se dedica a la producción y exportación de banano se mantenga en el mercado como empresa competitivaes_ES
