dc.descriptionThis case study was developed with the objective of analyzing the reasons why sales volumes decreased at the “Tecnirueda” store in Vinces canton, in the last 2 years. Through the implementation of research techniques, it was possible to determine that the company does not have marketing strategies that allow it to generate greater income in times of COVID-19, additionally it was learned that the company does not have a person who is in a fixed in the position of sales manager. The results of the following investigation carried out are: poor publicity so it is not carried out continuously, the owner does not execute a financial analysis that allows her to know the real situation in which the premises are located, therefore, a decrease in sales resulted in a differential equivalent of - $ 2,796.00 between the analysis of the 2019-2020 periods.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio se desarrolló con el objetivo de analizar los motivos por el cual bajaron los volúmenes de ventas en el local “Tecnirueda” en el cantón Vinces, en los últimos 2 años. Por medio de la implementación de las técnicas de investigación se logró determinar que la empresa ni cuenta con estrategias de marketing que le permitan genera mayores ingresos en épocas del COVID-19, adicional se conoció que la empresa no cuenta con una persona que esté de manera fija en el puesto de gerente de ventas. Los resultados de la siguiente investigación realizada son: deficiente publicidad por lo que no la realizan de manera continua, la propietaria no ejecuta un análisis financiero que le permita conocer la situación real en la que se encuentra el local, por lo que decrecimiento de las ventas dio como resultado un equivalente diferencial de -$2.796,00 entre el análisis de los periodos 2019-2020.es_ES
