| dc.description.abstract | La enfermedad de Hellp es una complicación de la cual aún su etiología es desconocida y se da en el embarazo, cuyas propiedades son enzimas hepáticas altas, trombocitopenia, hemólisis, en un porcentaje de 70 se muestra anterior a concluir el embarazo y un porcentaje de 30 se muestra en el postparto a lo largo de las 48 horas consecutivas. Se asocia la preeclampsia con la altura de enzimas hepáticas y coagulación alterada pero al síndrome de hellp se lo asocia con hemólisis, elevación de enzimas hepáticas y trombocitopenia. | es_ES |
