dc.description | The present study has to do with the benefits of phytase supplementation in fattening pig production diets. Adequate nutrition, essential for successful pig production, is one of the most important challenges in the sector, particularly with regard to the availability and cost of feed. In a commercial production unit, food represents between 60% and 70% of production costs: the efficient use of the resources available for food is therefore essential for the profitability of this type of unit. Therefore, the objectives were set: to collect information regarding phytase supplementation in fattening pig production diets and to determine the effects of phytase in fattening pig production diets. Where it was possible to analyze with the help of the investigations carried out that the phytase added in the diets for pigs in the growth phase, showed higher weights in relation to the control of the experiment, it also gives greater weight gain is achieved with the addition of phytase in the weeks, a better feed conversion is achieved with the addition of phytase in the diet, in the fourth week of the trial. Therefore, it is recommended to add balanced commercial use phytase + phytase (5%) to the diet in the growth phase of pigs. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio tiene que ver sobre los beneficios de suplementación de fitasa en dietas de producción de cerdos de engordes. Una nutrición adecuada, fundamental para una exitosa producción porcina constituye uno de los desafíos más importantes del sector, en particular por lo que se refiere a la disponibilidad y el costo de la alimentación. En una unidad de producción comercial, la alimentación representa entre un 60% y un 70% de los costos de producción: la utilización eficiente de los recursos disponibles para la alimentación es por tanto esencial para la rentabilidad de este tipo de unidades. Por ello se planteó los objetivos: recopilar información referente suplementación de fitasa en dietas de producción de cerdos de engordes y determinar los efectos de la fitasa en dietas de producción de cerdos de engordes. Donde se pudo analizar con la ayuda de las investigaciones realizadas que la fitasa adicionada en las dietas para cerdos en la fase de crecimiento, mostraron pesos superiores en relación al testigo del experimento, también da mayor la ganancia de peso se consigue con la adición de fitasa en las semanas, una mejor conversión alimenticia se logra con la adición de fitasa en la dieta, en la cuarta semana del ensayo. Por lo que se recomienda adicionar a la dieta alimenticia, niveles de fitasa uso balanceado comercial + fitasa (5%), en la fase de crecimiento en porcinos. | es_ES |
