dc.description.abstract | El comercial Electromuebles ubicado en la ciudad de Babahoyo, avenida Universitaria frente al complejo San Pablo, se dedica a la comercialización de muebles y maquinarias, a pesar de que esta tiene varios años en la localidad no ha alcanzado un volumen de venta considerable en comparación con la competencia dentro de ellos se puede identificar que los problemas existentes se relacionan a la falta de estrategias de marketing y estas parten de la inexistencia de un departamento de marketing, la falta de un especialista en el área, carecen de una imagen de marca, no tienen una presencia online, cree que no es necesario hacer marketing.
