| dc.description.abstract | El prolapso uterino es una complicación que uno de sus factores de riesgo es la multiparidad en lo cual provoca a las mujeres un mayor impacto a nivel emocional, psicológico y físico, el siguiente caso clínico se trata de una paciente de sexo femenino de 68 años de edad con cuadro clínico de prolapso uterino grado IV referida del centro de salud urbano de Vinces en lo cual refiere que se autoexploro sus genitales en lo cual se palpo una masa redondeada, pequeña y de bordes regulares en lo cual su descenso fue progresivo de aproximadamente desde hace 10 años, como problema personal patológico refiere diabetes mellitus tipo II desde hace 5 años, no es alérgica, no activa sexual, como antecedentes gineco-obstétrico: Gestas 15, parto 13, cesárea 0, aborto 2, desde el momento del control ginecológico en esta unidad de salud fueron cuatro tras realizar la respectiva valoración y los exámenes prequirúrgicos para la cirugía de histerectomía vaginal que se postergaba por tener un riesgo quirúrgico alto (glicemia alta), se la asesoro con los respectivos consejos generales de higiene íntima femenina y alimentación saludable, además dándole a conocer los riesgos y complicaciones que se pueden presentar en el momento de la cirugía, el seguimiento postquirúrgico del examen de laboratorio citohistopatológico presento el resultado de cervicitis crónica severa y negativo para lesión intraepitelial escamosa para malignidad. | es_ES |
