| dc.description | Neonatal maternal mortality in adolescents is a clear indicator that complications from hypertensive pathologies in our country is a clear example of why it is necessary to improve the quality of care and reduce these rates in public health. The objective is to determine the causes of maternal death in adolescent pregnancy, carrying out a clinical case study in which the variables obtained from the Maternal Perinatal Medical Record of the Ministry of Public Health were analyzed. Preeclampsia and subsequent Eclampsia during the second half of pregnancy in obstetrics and gynecology is one of the most complex pathologies because it can cause serious complications in fetal development, and even lead to the death of the mother or fetus. The actions carried out in the emergency area are in accordance with the management protocols of the Ministry of Public Health, but I must emphasize that the delay in identifying the symptoms can lead to serious complications for the mother. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La mortalidad materna neonatal en adolescentes es un claro indicador de que las complicaciones por patologías hipertensivas en nuestro país es un claro ejemplo, de qué hay que mejorar la calidad de atención y disminuir estos índices en la salud pública. El objetivo es Determinar las causas de muerte materna en embarazo adolescente, realizando el estudio de un caso clínico en donde se analizaron las variables obtenidas de la Historia Clínica Materno Perinatal del Ministerio de Salud Pública. La preeclampsia y posterior Eclampsia durante la segunda mitad del embarazo en obstetricia y ginecología es una de las patologías más complejas porque puede causar graves complicaciones en el desarrollo fetal, e incluso llegar a la muerte de la madre o el feto. Las acciones llevadas a cabo en el área de emergencia están acorde a los protocolos de manejo del Ministerio de Salud Pública, pero debo hacer hincapié en que la demora en identificar los síntomas puede acarrear graves complicaciones para la madre. | es_ES |
